G+S fashion shoot

A few weeks ago, the Gerber + Scarpelli team put together a photo shoot with a few other vendors that we love working with. The jewelry was designed by west loop local, Erin Gallagher. The flowers were by our favorite floral duo, Natalie and Vita from Hello Darling. And the beautiful dresses were from Michelle Rahn. A recent bride of Mike's Neda, came out and modeled for us. The makeup was by Eunita Carter, and hair by Renee Feldman. It was so wonderful working with so many great local vendors.

Check out all the great vendors we worked with:

Hello Darling, Hello Macy's

One of our favorite florists, Natalie and Vita of Hello Darling, had a huge flower installation up in the cosmetics sections of Macy's on State St. The piece was only up over the weekend, but it was a show stopper! The body of the peacock was made of spanish moss and his feathers are ferns and orchids. He was perched on a cube of auspicious symbols.

Congratulations Ladies!

Christian Siriano Fashion Show at Lumen

Last Friday, Nick and Frank went to Lumen to shoot the Christian Siriano show for local  boutique, Bonnie & Clyde's. They had a great time. And got to see a great show! Here are a few of their favorites images:

Belen goes to New Orleans!

At the end of March, Belen went to New Orleans for the 1st time. She had a wonderful time exploring all the cool neighborhoods, and meeting tons of interesting people. It was a very inspiring trip. She came back full of fresh ideas. Here are a few of our favorite images:

A Trip to the Yucatan

Once again, Melody took a trip to Mexico. Traveling throughout different states in the south, she visited Merida, Dzibichaltun, Tulum, and Coba. These cities are all ancient Mayan stomping grounds, and the ruins still remain today. It was the perfect place for a photographer to experience because the visual stimulation and inspiration present in this area has been around for over 2000 years.
