Erin+John's Winter Engagement Session

Erin and John met up with us for their fun winter engagement session downtown, where we spent some time walking, taking photos, and ending with some delicious coffee at one of the coziest spots in the city. The couple is preparing for their destination wedding in Sonoma, CA. It will take place at Viansa Winery this fall and we can't wait!

Mary+Mike's Downtown Chicago Engagement Session

Downtown Chicago at sunset was the backdrop for Mary and Mike's Engagement Session.  We spent some time down by the river, and around the Chicago Theater. The couple is getting married in July 2015..... we're not sure of the details yet, but we bet it's gonna be great!

Sophia+Chris's Carousel Engagement Session

Sophia and Chris joined us downtown for a really fun engagement session. We went all over Chicago, from Michigan Ave., to Olive Park, and Navy Pier.  Here are some of our favorites! 

Heather+Nicholas's Art Institute Engagement Session

Heather and Nicholas are a really cool couple. Nicholas is a location scout for the movie industry, and he had great ideas for places we could go for their engagement session.  Get ready to see some classic spots as well as a couple unique secret locations! We suggested that the shoot start very early in the a.m. to be able to catch the best morning light, surrounded by the least amount of people, and the couple was all for it. We started in an old train station that felt pulled straight from Paris. Then we headed outside for some classic Chicago shots by the Art Institute and the surrounding gardens. The Bean looked extra surreal when not surrounded by hundreds of tourists so early that morning. We did a quick stop at Hugo Frog's, one of Heather and Nicholas's favorite restaurants, and then one really cool secret architectural spot. The morning shoot was fun, and filled with Nicholas cracking Heather up with his jokes.

Charu and Milap's Winter Engagement Session

We first met this lovely couple a few years ago and Charu's cousin, Parul's stunning wedding. When Charu reached out to us about her own wedding we were more than a little excited! She and fiancee Milap are getting married 4th of July weekend. They decided they wanted to do their engagement session in the opposite season. So we braved the weather and made some stunning pictures in the snow. Can't wait to work with you guys this summer!
