Sonya and Neil's Downtown Soiree

Sonya and Neil live in New York. But when it came time for their wedding, Chicago was where they wanted to be! They, along with their families threw a gorgeous wedding at the Sheraton Towers, right in the heart of downtown. They saw each other before the ceremony along the river walk. After a traditional Hindu ceremony, we walked over to the Wrigley Building for a few pictures. Nisar and the whole team from Shaadi Creations transformed the room into a stunning peacock themed soiree. DJ Sunny Singh kept the tunes coming all night. Congrats  Sonya and Neil! 

Gail and Brian's Hotel InterContinental Bash

Last month, Gail, Brian and their families threw one stellar wedding! We started the day in the two story presidential suite at the very top of the Hotel InterContinental. With sweeping 180 degree views downtown Chicago, its one of the most majestic hotel rooms in city. After meeting for the 1st time in the Hall of Lions, we took the happy couple over to the newly renovated Wrigley Building to make a few pictures. Then it was off to La Madonna della Strada at Gail's alma mater, Loyola. The lovely ceremony filled was with a few giggles and tears. But as the the rear doors opened onto the crystal clear lake and even clearer sky, the tears dried and the giggles turned to laughter. None of us can remember a time when the Renaissance Room looked better. Under the meticulous hand of Anthony Gowder and his team, the room was breathtaking. Front of House kept the dance floor moving and Stephanie Gowder made sure the night went off without a hitch. The InterContinental team was there to make sure that every guests needs were met. It truly was a night to remember! Thanks guys for letting us be part of your amazing day!

Heather & Jon's Hotel InterContinental Wedding

What a way to start May! On a foggy Saturday, earlier this month, Heather and Jon tied the knot at a the Hotel InterContinental. We staged their 1st meeting on the tippy top of the hotel, with the city at our feet. From there we were off on a lovely tour around the city. The fog made everything so soft and dreamy. The dream didn't stop, with an intimate ceremony beautifully decorated by Anthony Gowder. As the last sunlight faded, the glow of hundreds of candles warmed up the ballroom for a evening of love, laughter, tons of dancing! Danielle, from Simply Perfect by Melissa, kept everything running of schedule and made sure that no hair was out of place. The team from Beauty on Call made all the ladies look stunning the whole night through. The staff at the InterContinental, as usual, were amazing.
