Ashley & Paul's Chicago History Museum Wedding

Ashley and Paul tied the knot at one of our all time favorite venues: The Chicago History Museum. After getting ready at the Public Hotel, Ashley and Paul saw each other for the first time in front of the historic Greystones of the Gold Coast before it was off for photos! Ashley wanted to carry the theme of the 1893 Worlds Fair through the whole wedding, so we kept our eyes peeled for opportunities and found a couple awesome ones - see if you can spot them in this post! After a touching ceremony it was time to party and party everyone did thanks to tasty treats and drinks from Blue Plate and awesome music thanks to Max from StyleMatters. Kim & Joe's Fall Engagement Shoot

We. Love. Fall. Maybe it's the pumpkin spice latte's or that we can bring layers back to our wardrobe. Add in the way the light turns yellow with the color of the leaves and it's just an unbeatable time of the year for a photographer. Here are some of our favorite images from an engagement session with Kim and Joe. A little trot from Lincoln Park to North Ave yielded some lovely photographs of the season and at the very end the session we swung by Beaumont's where this wonderful couple met for the first time 3 years ago. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! 

Not Just Puppy Love - Well... Maybe A Little Puppy Love

We were so thrilled when Katie and Steve decided they wanted to work with us! Once we met their sweet puppy we were even more smitten with this little family! We met early on a Sunday morning and wandered around Millennium Park - where they had their first date. Then it was off to a bridge to get some downtown Chicago in their engagement session. Erica and Colin's Classic Country Club Wedding

Erica and Collin had one of the best days of summer for their wedding. Sometimes a tent wedding in June can be intimidating, but everything came together perfectly - no rain, and not too hot with a light breeze. After they tied the knot it was off to beautiful Exmoor Country Club to celebrate with friends and family, dance it up to the sweet tunes of Entourage and drink a little of the family wine - a very rare reserve straight from Napa Valley (Shared Vine). It was a blast working with Erica and Collin and we wish them the very best! 

Peter & Samantha's Modern Classic Sofitel Wedding

What happens when you take a beautiful woman, a handsome man, provide perfect weather and light and marry them in a beautiful location? All the stars align and you get GREAT wedding photographs. We're very proud to share these pictures from Peter and Sami's wonderful wedding celebration at the Sofitel Water Tower. After getting ready, they met each other right in front of Samantha's hotel room before heading to some classic Chicago locations. After the photo tour it was back to the hotel where they tied the knot and threw down a wonderful party. Everything went off exactly to plan thanks to Anthony from Liven It Up Events and the room looked gorgeous thanks to Richard Remiard. The band was Entourage and they kept the party going late into the night! A special Thank You to Sami and Peter for including us in their amazing day!
