We love weddings like Lisa and Jose's, full of vintage touches and meaning elements. Lisa is a photographer and has freelanced for G+S in the past. So naturally we were thrilled when she and Jose came to us to shoot their wedding. They were married in Skokie at Jose's family's church. Lisa wore her mother in law's wedding dress from the 70's, which she modified slightly. The reception was held at the historic School of the Art Institute's Ballroom. A little know showpiece of a room that is right out of the roaring 20's, and Lisa's alma mater. This wedding was a perfect mix of Jose's Cuban heritage, Lisa's love of everything vintage, and their joint love of history and family. We feel so honored to have been apart of such a momentous occasion. Congrats to Lisa and Jose!
