Abbey + DJ's Classic Drake Hotel Wedding

Abbey & DJ tied the knot on a beautiful Spring day in March. After they saw each other for the first time at the Drake, we went to Union Station to get some classic Chicago pictures. Then it was off to the Chicago Theatre; one of our favorite locations of all time. After the photos were done it was time to get Abby and DJ married. Old St Pats, aside from being the oldest public building in all of Chicago is a beautiful church. Abby and DJ tied the knot and sent everyone back to get the festivities started at The Drake. The Gold Coast Room looked beautiful thanks to Hello, Darling! Once the party started Ken Arlen took the helm and the dance floor was packed the rest of the night.

Molly & Mark's Racquet Club Wedding

This stunning couple hail from DC, but decided to have an intimate wedding right here in Chicago. Molly and Mark have been together for many years, and their families know each other very well, which brought an ease to the day that was very unique. The day was seamlessly brought together by Anne Book, who made sure that every moment and detail was perfect. We started the day at the Waldorf Astoria. After an emotional first meeting and a few romantic pictures, it was off to the Racquet Club to see the family. The ceremony was held at a G+S favorite, Old St Pat's. Father Fenske, a family friend, preformed the rites of marriage. Back at the Racquet Club, the dining room had been transformed thanks to the talented team at Hello Darling. From custom velvet runners, to speciality Scandinavian cocktails and personal menu cards, it was a classic supper party that no one will ever forget. Paul Zimmerman and his Z Orchestra brought the tunes and kept the night moving. Thanks to Juli and Tina for making sure all the ladies looked magnificent.
