Jennifer+Joseph's Winter Engagement Session

Jennifer and Joseph met up with us for their engagement session earlier this winter. We spent some time with Bowie, the Kinzie St. Bridge, and inside of Union Station. The couple is planning their wedding for mid September 2015.

Ashley & Casey's Ivy Room Blowout!

Last week we got the chance to work with a GREAT couple... well, all our couples are great, but Ashley and Casey were especially fun! The couple got to see each other for the first time at The Ivy Room before we hit the town for photos. After, we returned to The Ivy Room where Casey and Ashley tied the knot and threw an awesome party! With perfect details and great event organization (courtesy of Katie Kozlowski of Bliss Weddings and Events and Donna Albertson of The Ivy Room) the night went off without a hitch! Mallory and Mark's Engagement Session

As the snow starts to fall outside, we thought it would be fun to post this lovely engagement session from just a couple of weeks ago. Those balmy days are nothing but a dream now. Mark and Mallory are getting married this summer at the historic Armour House in Lake Forest. Their wedding is going to be a show stopper, so keep an eye out!

Shirley & Tom

Shirley and Tom had a beautiful wedding at the Drake Hotel.  After getting ready at the Drake, we boarded trolleys and headed to South Holland, Illinois to Saint Jude where they had their ceremony.  Saint Jude was special to them because Shirley had grown up going to school at that church.  Along the way back to the reception we got to stop at Kinzie Street bridge and take some awesome photos.  Their reception at the Drake was filled with family and friends from all over the world, many from Haiti where Shirley's family is from.  It was a great wedding and we're so happy we got to be apart of it!

Leah and John

This lovely couple are getting married in Ann Arbor in September. But they wanted a few awesome pictures in sweet home Chicago! If this engagement session is any indication, their wedding is going to be so much fun! So don't forget to check back in a few months to see their wedding pictures!

Kim & Art

Kim and Art are getting married September 24th, so we took them out the other weekend to get some engagement shots. We started out at their house, where we got some pictures of not only them but their awesome dog, Parker. It was a beautiful day out so we decided to walk over to Lincoln Park to get some shots. We had a blast walking around the park with this awesome couple! From there it was off to Kinzie street bridge, where Parker had fun barking at the boats. After such a terrific engagement we know their wedding is going to be so much fun!

Morgan & John

From our 1st meeting with Morgan, we knew her wedding was going to be stunning! It did not disappoint! Morgan and John live in DC, but decided to get married in the bride's hometown of Chicago. It was very important to them that the city to be an integral party of their day. So after a beautiful ceremony at Madonna della Strada Chapel we flew downtown for a few photos at Kinzie St. Bridge. Then off to the Peninsula Hotel for an elegant reception, with amazing city views, in the heart of the city.
